Ok so say you are not comfortable with medication for blushing, surgery, blushing hypnosis etc there are a number of purely natural blushing cures you can utilize. I have googled it and found a ton of natural methods some about using your mind. Also learning new techniques, and some just pure natural remedies. I have tried a few of these but again it will be down to the individual if these techniques work in your favour or not.
FLOWER ESSENCES
Some of us suffering from excessive blushing may have a deeper root cause to the problem, and our emotional response i.e. anxiety, embarrassment could be that we tend to blush or flush more in certain circumstances. There are certain flower essences that can help at the root cause thus helping to reduce the blushing, these are called Mimulus and Larch flower essences.

BREATHING EXERCISES
When we get that horrible burning feeling and you know you are about to break into a full-on tomato head blush did you know that taking calm deep breaths can help?. As natural blushing cures go this is easy to learn and very effective, there are a few different techniques but for now, we will go with the most simple exercise.
As far as natural blushing cures go this is great to calm and relax your body, so to start either sit down or lay down. If you are at work maybe speak to a manager make them aware you are having some problems, I’m sure you won’t be obligated to explain exactly why you need to go and sit down.
So you need to start by either laying down or sitting down in a position that comfortable for you. Then you need to place one hand on your stomach below the rib cage and the other on your chest.
You then take a deep breath through your nose, you should feel your stomach push your hand out and your other hand on your chest should not move at all and then with pursed lips breath out and you will feel your hand move in on your stomach as the air is pushed back out You should then repeat this 5 – 10 times taking your time with controlled deep breaths.

I’m doing it right now it’s very easy, you should feel nice and relaxed and start calming down and the blushing should reduce have some sips of cold water and you should feel ok to resume whatever it was that you were doing. There are other advanced breathing techniques but I like to keep things simple but it’s a good technique if you are looking for more natural blushing cures.
DIRECTING BLOOD FLOW
Now this is a kind of mind control thing not sure of the terminology, I know I know it’s a weird thought but people have learnt to control their blood flow by way of thought or imagination. Basically, if you were to train yourself by spending as little as five minutes per day imagining that you are holding your hands over a campfire, then you can focus when needed to direct a larger flow of blood to your hands.
So if you practice this enough and focus on your hands heating up when you feel a blush coming on then you should be able to stop yourself blushing in the face and instead the blush will be directed to your hands.
Ok, so we have covered flower essences, breathing exercises, and learning to direct blood flow this is just a small example of natural blushing cures we can use to help us with our excessive blushing. There are many other techniques out there but we don’t want to overwhelm ourselves here, I will be discussing many different ideas, techniques etc on the stop blushing blog which you will see in the tabs at the top of this blog.
Remember what has helped for me is the blushing hypnosis track, plus propranolol plus I also use the above natural blushing cures, I’m still looking for the 100% cure from blushing. I think you can take all the information I will be sharing on this blog, but you have to tailor your own personal plan it’s taken me years just to get where I am, but if I had read a blog like this I think it would of given me some ideas sooner.
